Radical Affirmation: A mini-retreat of yoga and acupuncture

Yoga, Acupuncture, and all the great wisdom traditions teach that given all our unique capabilities, vulnerabilities, and fears, we can be well and happy just as we are. Honoring the blossoming energies of spring, we will explore this radical affirmation.

Poses will help ground our being, open the heart, and release what is holding us back from sharing all that we truly are with the world.
We will meditate with guided instruction, work with the breath using pranayama practices, and enjoy a nourishing acupuncture treatment. This workshop is open to those with experience and newcomers, alike.

Consuelo Casarotto is a licensed acupuncturist and Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner. Consuelo sees students and patients in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Susan Kotcher is a life long meditator and the World Yoga Center’s long-standing teacher and student.
