Céline Antoine:  

Céline is an ERYT-500 and a lifelong student, currently studying with Alison West as well as with Rodney Yee. She is also a Yogaworks senior teacher and a teacher trainer for the Yogaworks Teacher Training programs in the USA and in France. She's regularly leading trainings in both countries at the 200-hour and 300-hour level.

Céline's teaching style emphasizes the Iyengar precision of alignment combined with a breath-based flow of movement. Her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology allows for a deep understanding of the physical body as a whole. She's certified in back care and scoliosis through the Yoga Union backcare center and is a Yoga Tune Up certified teacher, style promoting self-care and safe movements created by Jill Miller.


Caitlin Casella 

Saturdays, 1-2:15PM. Every other week beginning in January. 

Class includes accessible movement for the whole body, meditation, and rest. All levels of experience and beginners are welcome!

Caitlin teaches multidisciplinary movement and meditation. She draws inspiration from yoga, strength training, Feldenkrais, Functional Range Conditioning, and conscious relaxation, and is currently pursuing a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Jana Castellano:

Jana has been on the faculty of World Yoga Center for over 10 years. She is known for her kindness, patience and loving attention to each student in her classes. Jana has taught Chair Yoga and Gentle Yoga to older adults and adults with mental and physical challenges throughout the City. Senior Gentle Yoga is aimed at older, active adults who want to begin or sustain a vital yoga practice, not only for health and vitality, but for self discovery and renewal.

The only requirement to participate is that you can get up and down from the floor relatively easily.

Class is $10 cash payable on a per class basis.
