The culture of yoga practice at present is deeply immersed in Asana and it will be a wonderful expansion for us all to bring our practices into a more subtle, close-to-home place. Through arm balances we will develop the upper respiratory apparatus and strengthen the muscles of our wings so we can fly in the vast skies inside us.
After joyous attemps at flight using the upper body as foundation, we will glide into Pranayama, our main vehicle for this inner exploration.
We will reap the harvest of this workshop with deep group meditation.
