50 Hour Course starts this fall! 

Wisdom from all ages reminds us that the truths of the universe are equally alive in our individual bodies. This is why the yoga sages guide us to know the absolute through the experience of our own Self. It is a process not of memorizing facts or scriptures, but of realizing the fundamental truths are present and supporting us in every moment. In this course we will follow two tracks inward to have this realization for ourselves.The science of Physiology- a holistic look at the organic processes and functioning that take place within the body to support and carry us forward.The journey of Tantra- Yoga’s sacred, revealed wisdom that awakens awareness of the reality of the universal within the body.

Each weekend we will explore these two learning methods through a combination of lecture, discussion, led meditations plus a 90 minute asana class.

The course will be taught by Julia and Rudrani, both who come with exceptional resources.

Julia, WYC assistant director,  has extensive knowledge in anatomy, kinesiology and physiology. Her in -depth training in embryology, integrated body systems and cadaver dissection is incorporated with Tantric philosophy into a powerful unity that reveals our innate wisdom and intelligence

Rudrani WYC founder and director has been training  yoga teachers and students in meditation and Tantric philosophy for over 40 years. She studied with a living master for many years and transmits the transformative  power of yoga and the teachings in a way that brings life changing awareness to students and teachers alike

HOURS:
Saturday 2-8, includes 90 minute asana class
Sunday 1-4

TUITION:
$700, $650 if you register by 9/5

CERTIFICATION:
This 50 hour course can be applied towards the World Yoga Center 300 hour advanced teacher training certificate
