In this exciting new program, you will be able to deepen your practice and discover the joy of sharing the practice of meditation with others.

Many of us live served by the practicality of meditation. Meditation is the vital life blood of all spiritual paths. It reduces our identification with thinking, increases our aliveness in the present moment and aligns us with the luminous intelligence of life. To offer this practice to others, will amplify your inner journey and your inter-connection to others. 

This upcoming training is for those of you who want to strengthen your journey and spread the liberative joy of this practice.

Sessions will include meditation, using the meditation template, teaching practice (savasana, pranayama, mantra dharana, dhyana), imbibing the core teachings, inner inquiry, scriptural study, basic meditation techniques, handling resistance, reading energy fields, supporting each other’s journey, living as a disciple of truth, owning ones unique voice of the Self and more.

The course is suggested for teachers, immersion graduates and all practitioners who want to deepen their practice.

MEDITATION TEACHER TRAINING SCHEDULE:

HOURS:
Thursday 6:30-9:30 (At 66th St location)
Sundays 9-4, includes 90 minute asana class (at the WYC)

TUITION:
$525, $475 if you register by 12/20 (This is highly recommended. The course already has a long list of interested participants)

CERTIFICATION:
This 36 hour course can be applied towards the World Yoga Center 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training certificate.

Important note: Participants who wish to log an additional 60+ hours of previous or future study with Rudrani (WYC Immersions, Teacher Trainings, Assistance program, Retreats, Meditation courses, Monthly Satsangs, weekly meditation classes, and individual counseling, are eligible for:
WYC Meditation Teacher Training Certification. (Email Rudrani for information on logging hours)

Students not seeking either 500 RYT or WYC Meditation Teacher Certification are completely welcome!
