Ancient truth can be understood in our own terms, and lead to practices which will open us to a more illuminated life. It is both difficult and easy as we all know. The group chose the theme ‘Fire in the Heart’ for this months contemplation. That blazing fire is a combination of yearning, passion and a desire to be free that lives in us all in differing degrees. It is one of our great allies on the path of higher consciousness. May we feel full with wisdom! May we become so replete with it that there is even the spilling-over of wisdom into laughter. May we move easily from one insight to the next like musicians making music. Come join us.

Enjoy an evening of high energy with Rudrani, the WYC Director. This monthly program includes group meditation, chanting, yoga philosophy, spiritual teachings and an exploration of the theme of the month. All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
