July 4 is when we honor political freedom in our country's past, enjoy fireworks in the night sky and celebrate with loved ones- that is the outer part of this holiday! As we dive headlong into Summertime, let's gather this weekend to practice, to enjoy beautiful inner fireworks in our meditations, and inner freedom on the mat!
