This 2 hour hybrid restorative retreat/ workshop can be attended either in-person or online.
The Urban Restorative Retreat welcomes yogis of all levels to experience a deep dive into the peaceful core of our own hearts. Jacalyn’s workshops and classes are steeped in the teachings of Tantra, filled with wisdom that encourages us to rediscover the source of our own radiant inner essence.
This relaxing 2 hour restorative yoga workshop includes:
Restorative Yoga
Meditation
Pranayama
Yoga Nidra
Ayurvedic health tips on Intermittent Fasting
The workshop includes Ayurveda health tips on Intermittent Fasting to bring us into rhythm with nature. As our body comes into its deep Circadian Rhythm, we find that we sleep more soundly, digest more easefully, and wake up with an abundance of energy throughout the day.
The purpose of this 2 hour retreat is to experience easeful living with more clarity and a deep connection to our true being.
All levels are welcome.
Return home to the sacred sanctuary of the World Yoga Center where inner peace awaits you.
