During the gathering Rudrani will be teaching the following on meditation:

The Tantric force of revelation called Grace and operates in meditation – this course offers a simple, tried-and-true template to lead meditation at the end of your asana classes. Learn how to create silence, read the energy of your group and develop confidence in taking people inside. Skills like weaving your class theme into meditation through a technique called Dharana, The second part of the training will expand upon the topics introduced in the first.

Leading ongoing courses like Immersions and Teacher Trainings requires specific skills not generally covered in teacher trainings. This course will be a prerequisite for teachers leading Immersions and teacher trainings and give you the skills you need to confidently create a dynamic and transformative experience for your students and trainees. ASHY’s latest Immersion template will be presented along with information on how to to present anatomy, the UPAS, Philosophy, Pranayama, meditation, and monitor course fulfillment for teacher training credit. Learn to use technology to help organize your trainings. Help your trainees learn to grow as a group. Integrate aural, visual, and kinesthetic techniques for every style of learner. The teacher/student relationship at this level is far more impactful –  ethical and effective boundary setting skills will be introduced.
