This workshop includes asana and practical teaching about wellness and healthy lifestyle routines.
It augments the many aspects of yoga with tools that improve the awareness of the body’s healing and energy-producing mechanisms.

Through a nourishing yoga practice and wellness workshop, participants will learn to nourish themselves on all levels of their being.

You will learn:

  • Why a seasonal reset is important to overall health and well-being
  • How to keep the mind and body balanced during the transition into Spring with seasonal yoga poses and practices
  • Evening routines to wind down and promote sound sleep
  • Morning routines to establish a balanced day
  • Simple changes that make a big difference in your well being
  • How to incorporate healthy new habits and make them strongly established daily routines
  • How to navigate the seasonal shift into Spring, when our immune systems often undergo the greatest compromises

Ayurveda translates as science or knowledge of life. Also known as the
sister science of yoga, Ayurveda offers a road map to to living better
in one’s body and in the world. Students will leave possessing tools to
navigate the transition into the Fall feeling healthy, balanced and vibrant.

Marjorie workshop 16Marjorie Nass has spent the past 16 years helping individuals live
better in their bodies as a wellness professional, through practices
including yoga, meditation, nutrition and Ayurveda. She’s a sought
after contributor to online platforms including The Liberty Project,
Elephant Journal, YogaSmoga’s Rangoli and others. Marjorie started
working in the magazine industry as an advertising sales executive,
and expanded her role into marketing. After ten years, she left the corporate world to bring her personal passion for health and wellness to empower the lives of others.

A lifelong New Yorker who taught at the World yoga Center
for 12 years Marjorie recently relocated to the San Diego area.
