This workshop combines two potent practices of therapy ball self-massage and Yoga Nidra to set you on a journey deep into your body and mind. Unburden your body’s high tension areas and awaken your body’s blind spots with therapy balls. Then rest deeply in Yoga Nidra designed to decelerate your nervous system and release unconscious holding patterns. You will leave the workshop more balanced, integrated and at ease in your body and mind.
