Being a Warrior in the Time of the Kali Yuga

Thursday december 15, 7-9:30pm

‘Satsang is very precious to me. I treasure the meditations…’ ~WYC Student

"Being a Warrior in the Time of the Kali Yuga"

The sages say the Kali Yuga is a long period in human history now reaching its peak, where there is both great dark and great light. It contains the possibility of ushering in a Golden Age so it is also a period of possibility as well as uncertainty. The long awaited shift into higher consciousness is present in all its collective power as well as strong forces of ignorance and illusion. Let us explore together what challenges and courses of action lie ahead for us as we come out of the waking dream that describes our inner and outer world.

The sages say nothing can go wrong in our lives. If we are learning lessons like this, our unique self came here to learn. This is a strong teaching when passing through contractions. The ancient teachings have not changed however: we are each here to do our homework to realize our connection to the whole. Let's explore this together.

The group chose this theme in our last Satsang. Come join us and enjoy our shared learning as we all continue to grow together.

Satsang is an evening of high energy with Rudrani, the WYC Director. This monthly program includes group meditation, chanting, yoga philosophy, spiritual teachings and an exploration of the theme of the month. All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
